About

Centre for Women and Children Solidarity Network (CWcSN) is a registered non-profit organisation in India. It aims to empower marginalised women by fostering networks, initiating joint campaigns, and engaging in advocacy and lobbying efforts that promote gender equality, dignity, and inclusive development.

Established in 2015, CWcSN emerged from the growing realization of the critical importance of prioritizing gender equality as a fundamental human right. Despite India’s a progressive constitution and other humanitarian policies, systemic societal inequalities persist, reinforced by patriarchal structures and widespread insensitivity toward marginalised groups. addressing these challenges requires deliberate and sustained efforts.

CWcSN’s focus is to empower women by addressing social and structural inequalities. Through strategic partnerships, advocacy, and collaborative campaigns, the organization seeks to enhance the rights of women and children in marginalised communities. We aspire to create inclusive public spaces that promote the socio-economic and political development of women and children.

We believe all women can embrace who they are,
can define their future, and can change the world.
